If you would like to request attendance and participation at an event, we extend our sincerest gratitude for considering Bernie Parent. Respectively, we ask if there is an honorarium  in exchange for Bernie’s presence and participation. An honorarium is an ex gratia payment made to a person for their services in a volunteer capacity or for services for which fees are not traditionally required. This is used by charitable groups and organizations to compensate the honoree for their participation in bringing awareness, and additional revenue to their event or cause. Also, please specify the level of Bernie’s involvement, the length of the event, and any other details you can enclose at this time. In exchange for the honorarium, we can incorporate a program to offset the cost.

Request for Auction Items

Auction item requests must be made IN WRITING on your organization’s letterhead. Please give at least a 4 week notice for processing purposes. If you have been selected, we will contact you in a timely manner. Address request to:

Each request for auction items must include:

• Your organization’s 501(c)3 non-profit tax identification number

• Contact information, including your name, address, email address, day and evening phone numbers

• Event information, including date, location, time, etc.

 

IF ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET,

YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

***PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large volume of requests, limited resources and time, we simply can not accommodate all requests submitted. Limit donation requests to the geographical Tri-state area (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware).
